आजको श्रृंखलामा हामी टिडिएर रकम समयमा दाखिला नगरे के हुन्छ र विवरण समयमा नबुझाए के कार्वाहि तथा जरिवाना हुन्छ त्यसको बारेमा वृस्तृत जानकारी लिनेछौं । साथै जरिवाना कसरी गणाना गरिन्छ जरिवाना गणानाको तरिका समेत यस भिडियोमा दाखाइनेछ ।

१. स्रोतमा कर कट्टी टिडिएस रकम समयमा दाखिला नगरेमा के हुन्छ – आयकर ऐन २०५८ को दफा ११९ (१) – जरिवाना प्रतिशत – १५ प्रतिशत वार्षिक जरिवाना
२. स्रोतमा कर कट्टी टिडिएसको विवरण समयमा दाखिला नगरेमा – आयकर ऐन २०५८ दफा ११७ (३) – जरिवाना प्रतिशत १.५ प्रतिशत जरिवाना
